This website integrates an interactive voice assistant ("Jares") provided by ElevenLabs Inc., 169 Madison Avenue STE 2700, New York, NY 10016, USA.

Once you click the voice button and start the conversation, the following data is transmitted to and processed by ElevenLabs: audio data of your voice during the active conversation, transcript of the conversation, technical connection data (IP address, browser, timestamp).

Processing only takes place after you actively initiate the call. Before the call starts, the widget displays a notice and requests microphone permission from your browser.

6. Хостинг базы данных (Supabase)

Данные хранятся в Supabase Inc. в регионе ЕС (Франкфурт / Стокгольм). Заключён договор обработки по ст. 28 GDPR.

7. ИИ голосовой ассистент (ElevenLabs)

На сайте установлен интерактивный голосовой ассистент («Jares») от ElevenLabs Inc. (США). При начале разговора передаются аудиоданные, транскрипция и технические данные подключения. Обработка происходит только после активного запуска разговора с вашей стороны.

Правовая основа: ст. 6 (1) a GDPR (согласие). ElevenLabs сертифицирован по EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Политика: elevenlabs.io/privacy.

8. Платежи (Stripe)

Для платных заказов и подписок мы используем Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Дублин, Ирландия). Платёжные данные передаются напрямую в Stripe; мы не получаем и не храним полные данные карт или банковских счетов.

Правовая основа: ст. 6 (1) b и c GDPR. Срок хранения: 10 лет для бухгалтерских и расчётных данных согласно § 147 AO. Политика Stripe: stripe.com/privacy.

9. Внешние ссылки (Telegram, WhatsApp)

На сайте есть ссылки на Telegram и WhatsApp. Простой клик не приводит к обработке данных нами; при использовании внешней платформы действует её собственная политика конфиденциальности.

10. Шрифты (Google Fonts)

Мы загружаем шрифт «Inter» с Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd., Дублин). При загрузке страницы ваш браузер передаёт IP в Google. Правовая основа: ст. 6 (1) f GDPR.

11. Получатели и передача в третьи страны

Получателями ваших данных являются исключительно перечисленные здесь обработчики. Передача в третьи страны (прежде всего США) осуществляется в рамках EU-US Data Privacy Framework или на основе стандартных договорных условий по ст. 46 GDPR.

12. Автоматизированные решения

Принятие исключительно автоматизированных решений по смыслу ст. 22 GDPR не осуществляется.
